Dream MKRS was created from the belief that every young person has something within them worth developing: an idea, a gift, a talent, an interest, a solution, or a dream.
Some young people already know what they want to pursue. Others are still discovering it. Either way, they should not have to figure it out alone.
Through mentorship, hands-on learning experiences, leadership development, life skills, and practical resources, Dream MKRS helps young people build confidence, strengthen essential skills, and take meaningful steps toward their future.
We also believe the people who guide young people matter. A Dream MKR is more than a mentor. They are kind enough to care, resilient enough to stay committed, and willing to lead with a servant's heart. They see beyond a young person's present circumstances and encourage them to see what is possible.
Rob and Evelena believe parents, mentors, educators, youth leaders, churches, organizations, and communities all have a role to play in helping young people discover their potential and develop what is already within them.
Sometimes one relationship, one opportunity, or one person who truly sees a young person can help change the trajectory of their life.

A Dream Lab is a hands-on learning experience where young people explore their strengths, try new ideas, and practice skills they can use in real life.
Through interactive activities, challenges, projects, and guided conversations, participants move from “What could I do?” to “Let me try.”
Our faith-rooted perspective recognizes that every young person has God-given gifts worth discovering and stewarding. We help them see those possibilities and take meaningful steps forward.

THE HEART BEHIND DREAM MKRS
Meet the Founders
Rob and Evelena Dawson founded Dream MKRS from a deeply personal place. Both experienced significant challenges growing up, but they also experienced the life-changing impact of mentors, youth leaders, faith, encouragement, and adults who took the time to see potential in them.
Years later, while serving young people together in youth ministry, they realized how much those experiences had shaped their own desire to pour into the next generation. Dream MKRS was born from that shared passion: to help young people feel seen, heard, supported, and equipped to recognize their potential and develop the gifts, ideas, talents, and dreams within them.
Rob and Evelena believe every young person has something worth developing. They also believe that the right guidance, opportunities, and people along the way can help change the direction of a life.
