Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Dream MKRS respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website, contact us, purchase products, or participate in our programs.

It applies to our apparel and merchandise, digital products, courses, virtual workshops, mentorship programs, and in-person classes and events.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Dream MKRS, we may collect:

  • Contact information: Your name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping address.

  • Order information: Products purchased, transaction history, subscription details, and merchandise preferences such as size or color.

  • Registration information: Parent or guardian name, participant name, age or grade, preferred session, and information you provide to support participation.

  • Communications: Messages, questions, feedback, and form submissions you send us.

  • Participation information: Attendance, submitted activities, and contributions during classes, including display names, chat messages, and audio or video when participants enable those features.

  • Website information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions collected through cookies and similar technologies, depending on our website settings and your choices.

Please do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or identification information through general website forms.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process purchases, payments, subscriptions, and merchandise orders.

  • Register participants and deliver classes, courses, and digital products.

  • Send confirmations, access instructions, schedule changes, and billing notices.

  • Respond to questions and provide customer support.

  • Support participant safety and administer in-person programs.

  • Send marketing emails when you sign up or when otherwise permitted by law.

  • Understand website activity and improve our offerings.

  • Maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use participant registration information as permission to publicly identify or promote a participant.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and any other payment providers identified at checkout.

Payment providers collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies. Dream MKRS may receive transaction details, payment status, and limited payment-method information, but we do not receive your full payment card number through ordinary checkout.

Subscription payment information may be retained by the payment provider to process the recurring charges you authorize.

4. When We Share Information

We share information as needed with service providers that help us operate, including:

  • Squarespace for website hosting, forms, customer accounts, and online store services.

  • Payment processors for purchases, refunds, and recurring billing.

  • Production partners, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers for merchandise orders.

  • Email providers for communications and program updates.

  • Virtual meeting and course platforms for online learning.

  • Instructors, authorized staff, and event partners when needed to deliver a program.

We limit access to information relevant to the service being provided.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, to investigate fraud, or to protect the safety and rights of participants and others.

5. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our Squarespace website uses necessary cookies to support functions such as security, customer accounts, shopping carts, and checkout.

Depending on our settings and your choices, analytics cookies may also help us understand website traffic and activity.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls displayed on our website. Blocking necessary cookies may affect certain features.

Any additional analytics, advertising, or tracking services must be identified here before they are enabled.

6. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about an existing purchase, subscription, registration, or program.

We will obtain any consent required before sending marketing communications.

7. Children and Teen Participants

Our online programs are intended for teens ages 12 and older unless a program expressly states otherwise. A parent or legal guardian must register participants under age 18.

We collect participant information to administer registration, communicate with families, and deliver the program. During group sessions, a participant’s display name, shared comments, and enabled audio or video may be visible to instructors and other participants.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 12 through our general website or online programs. If you believe a child under 12 has provided information directly to us, contact dreammkrsinc@gmail.com so we can review and address it.

If we offer an online program for children under 12, we will establish the required notices, parental-consent procedures, and privacy protections before collecting their information.

Parents and guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about their child, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping.

8. Photos, Recordings, and Testimonials

8. Photos, Class Recordings, and Marketing

Class recordings: Dream MKRS may record designated virtual classes so registered participants can review lessons or catch up after an absence. We provide advance notice and obtain any required consent before recording.

Recordings may include a participant’s image, voice, display name, shared work, or contributions. Access is limited to authorized participants, their parents or guardians, and staff supporting the program. Recipients may not download, redistribute, publicly post, or otherwise share recordings without written permission.

We explain how long recordings will remain available and what participation options are available for families who decline recording permission before the recorded session.

Marketing photos and videos: With separate permission, Dream MKRS may use approved photographs, video clips, participant work, or testimonials on our website, social media, emails, and promotional materials.

Marketing permission is optional and is not a condition of enrollment. A parent or legal guardian must authorize promotional use involving participants under age 18. Adult participants may authorize their own participation.

Class recordings will not be used for public marketing unless separate marketing permission covers that use.

To ask questions or withdraw permission for future promotional use, contact dreammkrsinc@gmail.com. We will stop new uses and remove content from channels we control where reasonably possible. We cannot guarantee removal of printed materials already distributed or copies shared by others.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Retention depends on the information and its purpose. For example, we may keep order and payment records for accounting and legal requirements, registration information while administering a program, and marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We may retain limited information to document consent, honor an unsubscribe request, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information and restrict access to authorized people and service providers.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please protect your account credentials and avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email.

11. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact dreammkrsinc@gmail.com to:

  • Request access to or correction of your personal information.

  • Request deletion of information we no longer need to retain.

  • Ask questions about how information is used or shared.

  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including rights to obtain a copy of your information or opt out of certain processing.

We may need to verify your identity or authority as a parent or guardian before responding. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes and explain any lawful limits on a request.
