Welcome to Dream MKRS! These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and participation in our merchandise, apparel, digital products, virtual workshops, courses, mentorship programs, and in-person classes and events.

By purchasing from Dream MKRS, you agree to these terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Purchases and Registration

Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and registration information, including an email address you check regularly.

A parent or legal guardian must register participants under age 18 and agree to these terms on their behalf. Adult participants may register themselves.

Unless otherwise stated, each registration or digital purchase covers one participant or user. Group access requires a separate agreement.

2. Product and Program Details

Each product or registration page describes what is included, the price, delivery method, and any applicable dates or access periods.

Our educational offerings may include entrepreneurship, careers, financial literacy, leadership, creativity, AI, communication, purpose, and character. Some offerings incorporate Christian faith-based themes and biblical principles.

Topics may continue across multiple classes. Activities and instructors may vary without substantially reducing the purchased offering.

Any special purchase conditions will be clearly disclosed before checkout. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are shown at checkout.

One-time purchases do not renew automatically. Subscription purchases renew at the price and frequency disclosed when you enroll.

Payment plans, when offered, divide a stated total purchase price into installments. They are different from ongoing subscriptions, and their payment obligations and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.

If a payment fails, access or order fulfillment may be paused while the payment issue is resolved.

4. Dream Labs Mentorship Plans

Single Workshop — $39 per participant

A one-time payment for one scheduled live workshop. This purchase does not renew automatically.

Monthly Mentorship — $49 per participant per month

Includes two live virtual classes each month. Your payment method is charged at checkout and automatically each month until canceled.

Annual Mentorship — $490 per participant per year

Includes 12 months of mentorship, with two live virtual classes each month, totaling 24 classes per paid year. Your payment method is charged at checkout and automatically every 12 months until canceled.

The annual plan includes 12 months for the price of 10, saving $98 compared with 12 monthly payments of $49.

5. Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

By selecting a subscription and authorizing recurring billing at checkout, you authorize the stated recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancel before your next renewal through your customer account’s subscription settings. If you cannot access that option or need assistance, email dreammkrsinc@gmail.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already processed. You may continue using the included services through the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Not attending classes or using your subscription does not cancel it.

Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated before they take effect, with any notice or consent required by law.

6. Apparel and Merchandise

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and shipping details before ordering.

Product images are representative. Screen settings may cause minor color differences, but products must still match their descriptions.

Some items may be made to order or fulfilled by a production partner. Any applicable production and shipping estimates will be stated with the offer.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once production or shipment begins.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will provide the required notice and cancellation or refund options. If no shipment timeframe is stated, applicable legal shipping deadlines apply.

7. Digital Products and Courses

Digital products may include downloads, workbooks, templates, recorded lessons, or online course access.

Delivery instructions, access duration, and technical requirements will be described with the product. Access is not described as “lifetime” unless that term is expressly defined in the offer.

Unless a separate license states otherwise, digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share login credentials, or use the materials to create competing products.

8. Virtual Workshops and Classes

Participants need a compatible device, reliable internet access, and access to the meeting platform used for the program.

Participants are responsible for reviewing access instructions and joining on time. When alternative sessions cover the same class, attend one session per class date unless otherwise stated.

Recordings, make-up sessions, and credits are not guaranteed unless included in the offer.

9. In-Person Classes and Events

Please review the location, schedule, age requirements, accessibility information, and any required materials before registering.

Parents and guardians must follow the program’s check-in, pickup, supervision, and emergency-contact procedures. Drop-off participation is permitted only when expressly offered.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and venue rules. Any activity-specific permissions will be provided separately when needed.

10. Respectful Participation

Bullying, harassment, discriminatory language, inappropriate content, unsafe behavior, and repeated disruption are not permitted.

We may remove a participant from a session when necessary to protect the group. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in termination of participation. Refunds for undelivered prepaid services will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property and Participant Privacy

Dream MKRS content, designs, lessons, and materials remain the property of Dream MKRS or their respective owners.

Do not record, photograph, or share other participants’ names, images, voices, or personal information without permission.

If we plan to record a session, we will provide notice and obtain any required consent. Purchasing or registering alone does not authorize promotional use of a participant’s image or voice.

Personal information is handled as described in our separate Privacy Policy.

12. Educational Purpose

Our programs provide education and encouragement. We do not guarantee academic results, income, employment, business success, or other individual outcomes.

Our content does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

13. Changes and Cancellations

We may adjust scheduling, instructors, or activities when necessary and will communicate significant changes as promptly as possible.

If we cancel an offering or cannot deliver a purchased product or service, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

Updates to these terms will apply prospectively and will not remove rights associated with an existing purchase.
